Just to warn you so you don't loose out. When you are an 02 experience customer you have to top up by €20 within a month ie if you top up on the 1st oct you can leave til the end of Nov to top up again and in case you loose track of your topups o2 would send you a reminder text...all lovely really except when the 'system' decides not to send you a reminder text and you will immediately go back to standard o2 rates and being charges for all texts. I contacted o2 and was told that they are not obliged to send out reminder texts and its done by a computer!!!I asked so a computer decides if I get a text alert or not I was told yes!!AAAAHHHHH I 've heard it all now, I will follow it up with o2 customer care. I asked the girl why I shouldn't move to Metor or Vodafone she said no reason at all. So check your topups as the computer might be having a bad day.
