Number of veiwings on Daft.ie

Selling a property which is listed on Daft. If anybody is familiar with listings on Daft it gives the number of viewings at the end of your advertisement. So you can guage the amount of interest comparative to similar property up for sale.
Last week for example it showed that I had 1396 viewings of my property and since then it has gone up and down and sits at 788 today.
I emailed Daft a and asked how this could be. Fob off email get onto your agent which I will.
Can anybody else share a similar experience or offer an opinion. Are these numbers made up?
 
I think it resets it each time the agent updates Daft. I put an ad on Daft and I know I had a time period. Two weeks I think, then I had to click to update to keep the ad for another two weeks.

Thanks Bronte. Agent got back today and says numbers are renewed on a weekly basis
