Number of mortgages

Hi,
I took a number of add on mortgages on my house for extra developments garden drives etc and when I asked my lender to comsolidate them to have a single payment and single insurance he was very reluctant to do so and said that it was not possible. Am I losing out by paying several small mortgages ?
 
If you give the specifics on the mortgage, and the various top-ups its possible to be a bit more accurate about possible savings. Give loan amount, term, interest rate and monthly repayment if possible?
