Nua mortgages

My experience with nua money has been a difficult one.Mistakes which they have admitted to making has led to my family losing out on one house and now looking like our second attempt at moving to another house has fallen through because of the way they dealt with the application. The letter I got from the company's chief risk officer today simply put it down to an administrative mistake and basically told us sorry for bringing you on this journey but it's over. Erroneous is a word used more than once by the above C.R.O. for the company in his letter of APOLOGY to us but it's a shocking way to deal with people and we honestly expected alot more from nua considering their high rating on this site trustpilot.I would look to going elsewhere as its not as easy to deal with them as stated.

Update
Nua have replied to my compliant. I hope your investigation is thorough and fair amd is led by someone not involved with the case
I hope it is as swift in that your reply has been and I'm glad you have received the formal complaint.

Is this a quote of what they said because it seems a bit garbled and confusing?

Sorry yes they replied saying there is a formal investigation into the .massive blunder on their part and i asked if someone neutral could Investigate it as the underwriting team and their cfo made the mistake .I will keep the post up to date with the outcome.

If what

If what you quoted previously is their verbatim response then they certainly don't look very professional. It hardly makes sense.

Or are you confusing Askaboutmoney with having something to do with Nua perhaps?

They may say they look at it differently than other banks but not in my case.the same process.they claim to be much quicker with their digital portal but it's operated by humans at the end of the day and it took a lot of time to get approval in Principle going back amd forth with emails.if anything it was a longer processing let yee make your decision and choice this has just been my experience.
I know askaboutmoney has nothing to do with nua.im just explaining the update i received from nua and I've said I will keep people updated on their findings.i just want people to know of what could happen to them if they choose nua that's all.

Why are you still dealing with them if they have been so bad? Can you not go to another lender?

I presume you have problems with your credit record? If so, there will inevitably be more scrutiny and this means your loan approval will take more time than usual.

If you have an impaired credit record, you should not be applying directly but should be using a mortgage broker who would use their contacts in Nua to get things done.

yed there was a problem with the ccr report by a mistake that was from a credit union but they sent the necessary paperwork across to nua promptly and aip was given few weeks later it was taken back due to what they describe as an ERRONEOUS mistake by the under writing team we are applying to other banks but still waiting the outcome from nua

This is very confusing.

Is this what happened?

Nua gave you Approval in Principle.
They then said that the Approval in Principle was given by mistake.
So they withdrew the AiP

This does happen from time to time and it's a reason why people should not rely on just one lender.
