I have recently switched to Ntl Broadband 10Mb package. While downloading I am only getting speeds of approx 250kbps but having contacted NTL and them checking the line to say its fine and me checking speed tests online which tells me that I am on approx 8.5Mb connection, I am still getting the same problem. Also my friend used his laptop and was getting 1.25Mbps. I have tried all settings that I know of on my Laptop but with no joy. Anybody have any ideas?? would be great as I download alot.
