Non resident wife

Hello all,

I am non-EU citizen and start working in Ireland recently under PAYE and getting around 50K€, my wife is Lithuanian and she will keep staying in Lithuania with our son for one year, and she is working there and earning around 12€/year after deduction of the tax. Do you think I will get the married personal credit and double rate bands for my Irish income or I will be treated as a single?

Any feedback is appreciated.

In order to claim this relief you would need to submit your wifes' pps number, as she is non-resident she won't have one.
