Can you qualify for an Irish non contributory pension as in never paid prsi in Ireland & a Uk pension - paid a stamp in UK for 9 years ? I’m finding it confusing.
Non-contributory pensions are means tested. Your UK pension, any other pension or income (e.g. from employer or other source), savings or property will be assessed to determine if you qualify.
