Can you qualify for an Irish non contributory pension as in never paid prsi in Ireland & a Uk pension - paid a stamp in UK for 9 years ? I’m finding it confusing.

Non-contributory pensions are means tested. Your UK pension, any other pension or income (e.g. from employer or other source), savings or property will be assessed to determine if you qualify.

Need 10 years to get anything in UK. Look at buying back contributions. The non contributory pension in Ireland is means tested.
