No J /A on friday in post office

Hey, I am not sure if this is in the right section. My DH went to collect his j/a on friday monday but there was none there. He then drove to Navan social welfare office. Was told money would be there today. But again my husband went up to collect it but again not there.

There is no food in the house and our daughter need formula.
If my husband goes over to the CWO in dunboyne will she be able to help
 
cant get through to them but the post office told him that at least 70 people were in the same position by it. they never answer the phone in navan
 
It sounds a right mess on their part. Call to CWO and tell them the situation; that you have not been paid Friday or today, although SW promised it. Ask them to contact SWLO if necessary to verify non-payment.
