No get out clause in agreement with tenant

Hi all,
I've let agri property to a tenant. The lease doesn't mention breaking the contract in any way at all by either party. It's an annual lease.

Can I give him one month's notice? I really want him out...

It might sound harsh but I have good reason...

So this is a fixed term lease for 1 year? How can you break it with one month notice??

Unless the tenant is breaking the lease in some way and you can prove it, I don't see how you can.
