I have been taking nicorette gum since quitting 7 weeks ago and Im still wondering when does the agony start. Has anybody gone the same route, and if so, how long can you reasonably take them ? It says 3 months on the pack but can you take them longer? Does the weight pile on when you stop? (i havent put on anything....yet) Does your skin get better when you stop? (My skin thinks Im still smoking). Do the cravings begin? (I've forgotton i ever smoked, despite 20 years on 20 a day).
