Are nib trackers included in central bank review? Friend had half tracker half fixed then was put on variable when fixed part ended instead of tracker.

Yes, all lost trackers are under review - 15 lenders I think, including Danske - who took over NIB.
If they chose a half tracker, half fixed, I am not sure why she would expect the fixed one to default to a tracker. If the contract said that would happen, then it should have, but I suspect it didn't.
