NIB Share Custody account

Does anybody know how a Custody account operated by NIB holds the shares. Is it in Nominee or Crest? whos name is on the companies register?

The clerk at the desk did not have a clue what I was talking about

the clerk did say that this was a new service offer and she was not familiar with it and had no brochures on it.

The custody acount does carry a €40 per yr charge
 
I asked a clerk in my local NIB what exchanges could you trade on. She said "All of them."
I couldn't find out anything about the custody account.
 
Have to agree staff training on this product seems to be very poor. You could try ringing their share desk directly on 01-4843500, it was the only way I could get answers. Once the account is up and running, its efficient and painless.
