- Will the additional houses for 2 parallel phases become part of our 2 managment companies? Or will 2 new companies be formed for the next phases?
We have 2 developers, 2 builders and 2 management companies - 1 company for each builder - management company combination. Both companies use the same agent.
We're just wondering if we will soon have 4 management companies for a small estate of mainly houses and if there are any objections we can make at planning permission stage.
- Are a group of smaller companies easier to manage by residents association and/or agent?
- How does work for apartment buildings only - is there one company for each large block of apts or one company for the whole complex?
