New PVC Door. Condensation

I recently replaced an external timber door which had a glass panel on top, with a new PVC door with similar glass panel.

There was a lot of condensation on the old door, which was the main reason to replace it. There is now a small amount of condensation on the bottom of the new door. There is a rubber strip at the bottom of the door which is often wet.

Is this unavoidable or can I reasonably complain to the installer.

thanks for any opinions.

Is the room where the door is the kitchen where you are cooking? Boiling a kettle? Running a dryer? If so, you need to open a window and let the moisture out to avoid condensation when running these appliances.
