We have found a commercial property that is of interest to us and we wish to convert it back to a Family Home.
The property has a commercial sitting tenant with a 4-year Tenancy Agreement, where do we stand legally as the agreement is with the existing property owner. If we purchase the property are we able to provide an extended period of termination for the Tenancy Agreement?
