New PTSB app

Presumably if it's a scheduled maintenance, you would have received a message in the last few days alerting you to it?
 
The 'scheduled maintenance' is a boilerplate notification; there was a systems outage.

My ptsb app updated over the weekend, now shows the new font logo and changed colour scheme.

I tried to make an online purchase today, but I didn't get the authorisation notification (there hasn't been any issue with it before), so I couldn't complete the purchase. I eventually had to use my revolut card.

I've checked my notification settings and they all appear okay.

Just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem since the recent upgrade?
I haven't contacted ptsb yet, I'll see if it happens again before doing so.

I've been getting verifications via the new/rebranded app without any issues and without changing any settings.
