I am trying to set up a new laptop and I'm not very computer literate (clueless would be a better description!). I'm using Mozilla as per the sticky instead of Internet Explorer.
I followed the links as per the keyposts for a clean pc and tried to install Adaware on my pc. When it was 90% complete it asked for a licence registration number which I didn't know so I cancelled out of the setup. I am going to try and uninstall what has been installed so far to try it again. Can anyone direct me how to do this?
Also if anyone could advise what I should run on a new pc to keep it clean I'd really appreciate it as I'm afraid to just run things unnecessarily.
