I am looking to setup an Enduring Power of Attorney. At the moment the process I believe is called the wardship process.
My understanding is that it is due to change to a new process in the future. Does anybody have any details of the new process?
When is the new process due to start?
What are the advantages/disadvantages of the new process?
Would I be better off waiting for the new process?
