To continue renting to the RAS I have been asked to do some updates to the house I rent out, eg Restrictors on the windows and other minor jobs that have all been sorted. They are looking go a declaration of Conformity for an IS813 annex E inspection for Gas boiler. The gas boiler was replaced few years back and I don't remember ever getting a cert. I have tried contacting person who installed the boiler but have had no luck finding him. Is there another way of getting this ie getting boiler serviced stating it is compliant. Cheers
