D Dsha Registered User Messages 16 2 Nov 2005 #2 Have a look here [broken link removed]These are the plans for social/affordable housing in the North. Keep in mind ALL new developments now have to have 20% of social/affordable housing. The agent you are dealing with should confirm that.
