Never seen charge on PTSB visa

Hi this morning I saw the following 2 transactions on my visa account.

I have never seen these transaction before??

18/06/200818/06/2008 CASH * FINANCE CHARGE *- 17.46
18/06/200818/06/2008PURCHASE *FINANCE CHARGE*- 3.17

Looks like interest, the first bit on cash withdrawals, the secod on purchases.

(If they are minus signs perhaps they are a refund)
