Net curtains or Silhouette Shades?

Hi all,

Trying to decide between the two. I like the privacy that net curtains give but looking for something more modern and found the silhouette shades. I like the look of silhouette shades as they would allow a lot of light into a room but not sure if they would provide enough privacy.

Has anyone bought them?

I don't know the 'shades' you refer to; but I'm no fan of net curtains - I think they make a room very cluttered looking

I have net curtains that are completely plain, no pattern, and they are nicely uncluttered looking while also providing privacy. I seem to recall they were also cheaper than the patterned varieties, which worked out nicely too.
