I have seen TV advertisements for this authority. What do AAMers think?

About what precisely?

NERA is the formal extension of the Employment Rights Service that was previously provided by the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.

Do you have issues with the new service?

About what precisely?

Since a lot of questions here on AAM relate to Employee/Employer rights/responsibilities I was wondering what AAMers thought of the website and its content.

I was also wondering what the scope and role of the new agency is and how its activities overlap with the existing agencies, departments and inspectorates.

Clubman you beat me to the punch on this one!:)
