Mortgage with AIB & investment property with First Active - >1m debt, around 600k negative equity (maybe 300k on each property)
Both trackers
2 salaries – c.160k p.a.
Investment property rented c.16k gross p.a.
Savings c.80k
Repayment is not an issue but negative equity is – does anyone have experience of Banks willing to allow a move with the negative equity / retain the tracker mortgages?
