New to all this so any answers would be great.I have a property which if i sell i would get approx 80,000,morgage is about 100,000 giving me approx 20,000 negative equity.I would like to buy a property worth approx 60,000.I would have very little deposit maybe only a couple of thousand if really needed,or would the bank let me bring the negative equity with me.I bank with the PTSB for the last 6 years,all payments up to date and never missed payments etc.I have no problems paying morgage,and no outstanding bills etc.
