I have a query and just wondering if you could offer me some help.
My husband and I bought a house in '98, we had several loans and unfortunatly missed a few payments on these over a few years. We remortgaged to consolidate these loans into the mortage last April and the new mortgage lender was with ge captial woodchester. We have just sold our house and want to cease the agreement with woodchester and switch to another mortgage provider. What do you think are our chances of qualifying for another mortgage, we would have 40,000euro equity from the house we just sold, we now have one small loan and a perfect history of making payments over the last 2 years.
