Near retirement -what AVC funds to choose

Hi,
Would appreciate some advice on the following:
I have 7 years to go before retirement and have the following in AVCs with Irish Life:

AVC Contributions

Exempt Active Managed Fund ... 15%
Indexed Global Equity Fund.......... 15%
Exempt consensus fund ..............70%

Single Premium

Indexted Global Equity Fund........ 50%
Exempt Active Managed Fund...... 50%

As I have such a short time until my official retirement date, my question is should I move all of these at this stage to cash or bond funds.

Before trying to advise, I would need to know:
- what benefits will you get from your main scheme?
- current value of AVC pot?
- will you continue to contribute AVCs and if so, how much?
- what do you intend to do with the AVC pot on retirement (invest in an ARF, buy an additional annuity, use to maximise your tax-free lump sum)?
