NCT - vehicle registration form

Hi, I need to get my car NCT'd but I can't find my vehicle registration form. I need this for the test they wont do it otherwise. Can I get a new form sent out to me and if so how? who do I order it from??

Thanks for the replies, it has it written on their website to bring this information with you on the day of your test. Better get it just in case.

You can get a form for a duplicate VRT at your local Motor Tax office. You need to have it sworn at a Garda Station (they may also have them in stock) and return it to the Motor Tax office. They will order a replacement VRT for you - it comes from the Vehicle Registration Unit in Shannon and takes about 10 days. Better to have this before you go for the NCT.

It costs 12 euros for the replacement VRT.

I just recently did the NCT and they didn't ask for it either or any of the people that were in front of me (on 2 occasions...)
