Does anybody have the annual returns for Issue 5 of the 10 Year National Solidarity Bond?

This was the issue prior to the current one, which was available in 2015, with a maturity return of 25%. I am looking for the returns by year if encashed early. Google or Statute Book not helping.

Handy tip if you want to know how I found this:
  • Go to the relevant State Savings page
  • Copy the link to the current Terms and Conditions pdf document at bottom of page (browser-specific, but usually on right-click menu)
  • Go to the Internet Archive page at: http://archive.org/web/
  • Paste the link to the Ts&Cs document, which brings you here.
  • Now you have to hunt through the various snapshots that the Archive has made.
  • As it happens, you want the earliest snapshot, from December 2015, so click back to 2015
  • Keep in mind it's all a matter of luck that they haven't changed the name of the document or its URL for successive issues, and that the Internet Archive happens to have snapshotted the one you want.
