name removed on ex partner

Hi
any idea how I can remove my ex partners name on property deed? he is not paying the mortgage not contactable now, was solicator being contact but now no response from their side.
what can I do?
where to get help to sort out this?
my solicator only says can go for court proceedings but cost fortune ? no guarantee we will win the case?

please if anyone know any solicator deal with these cases?

You can't "remove" it. You are both legally the joint owners. You will either need his agreement or a court order. In either case you will need agreement of the lender as you have a joint and several liability to repay the loan.

Even with your ex-partner's cooperation you are going to need paid-for legal advice.
