Hi,

Can anyone recommend a small independent MVL liquidator? I would like to steer clear of the bigger forms who are charging silly fees. Its a non trading holding company with very small cash balance. Thanks

Does it need an official liquidation?

Any possibility of a future claim on anything? Any debts?

If the cash balance is small and no debts and nothing that could hit directors in the future, see is a voluntary strike off is more suitable.
