Mushroom anyone?

Hi All,

Just recently started renting in this house and noticed when cleaning out the bathroom that there was a black type fungi growing at the back of the toilet up along the bathroom tiles, its kinda like little shelves and grow up on one another. (sounds weird I know) so anyway I sprayed antibacteria spray on it and they looked as if they were dead however now on top of this a white saucer type fungi has grew.

My question is do I throw some bleach on it and let it die then remove it with gloves as I'm afraid that it may be harmful and once I move it it will send particles into the air. I'm just disgusted at the whole thing as I'm a tidy person and love my bathroom to be clean and don't fancy sharing it with my little mushroom friends!!!!

Any advise is appreciated ?
