I want to add a field to a SQL Server 2000 database table that is essentially a word document. Is this possible?
 
Not a lot of technical details in that query but I suspect that you can probably do this using either BLOB (Binary Large Object) field or else perhaps by storing the Word doc in XML format in a large text or XML field? It's been a while since I've done SQL Server work so apologies for any vagueness!
