Hello looking for some advice please.
Married couple 16 years into a 30 year mortgage term with PTSB
156,400 mortgage taken out in 2002
balance remaining about 90k
House is worth around 320k
Have a tracker 1.68 above ecb
Looking to move
Increased mortgage required maybe 100k
PTSB offering me tracker portability mortgage giving me a tracker 2.68 above ecb plus the remainder at variable rate.
Is this the best option for us or should we go elsewhere e.g. BOI with their 3% cashback offer?
