Moving Gas Boiler

Hi All,
We have moved into a new house and need to change the kitchen. One of our major obstacles is the positioning of the gas boiler, it seems to be just placed right to mess up a lot of our nice ideas where the units would go.
Is is possible to move a boiler to another corner of the room around 3 metres away, and any idea if this would be a big expense ?
Many Thanks,
Darragh.

If it is a condensing boiler than there is no problem .Condensing boilers need no chimney,a simple hole in the (outside-) wall similar to the one of a cooker hood is enough. The supply pipe has to be adjusted/extended of course.
