Moving current account & credit card

Hello everyone

We are currently with Ulster Bank for our personal current account & credit card. The local branch to us has now closed & we wish to move banks. I'm looking at the EBS money manager account as no fees & branch in local town. We currently have an o/s balance on our credit card. Do we need to clear this before we can move? Do EBS have credit cards & if not can we move to a 0% card with for example BOI without moving our current account to them?
