moving broadband to new house

i'm moving soon and want to move my broadband, digiweb will cost 144 to come to old house collect all items and transfer to new house, think i may just cancell them and get a new company to fit it when free installtion deals are on. what ya think? any deals out there at the moment?
 
I can't see what sense it makes to transfer broadband if you can get a cheaper offer as a new customer. Can the new address get broadband. not everywhere can.
