Movies on ipod

i know i previously asked a similar question but can someone tell me simply how to download free movies from internet and then to put them on to my ipod please thanks!!

if its free its most likely illegal
you could download the film from a bit torrent site e.g. the piratebay.org

the film would need to be in mp4 format (i think) for the ipod to play it

if the film that you download isnt of this format you can get software that would change the format to MP4 for you
