Moved Provider & A/C in Credit

I received a service provider statement stating that I overpaid for their service (actually they took it by way of DD). I am no longer a customer with that provider - and probably will never be again. Will they be as quick to replace funds? TIA

about 10 quid over and can't get in contact with them

switched the phone to virgin
