Move PRSA into Occupational Scheme?

I have a PRSA that I made a once of contribution to last year with respect to 2008 income. I have since started up a group occupational pension scheme with my employer.

I believe I have the option of transferring the value of the PRSA into the company scheme. Are there any reasons why I should or should not do that? Is there an impact either way down the road?

Thanks

If you're not a 5% shareholding director of your employer, then by moving your PRSA into the Occupational Scheme you lose the Approved Retirement Fund (ARF) options at retirement.

Other considerations to evaluate on either side wouild be charges and fund choice.
