Hi would like some help in this please.
I own my home but would like to move to the west of Irl Connemara, Galway or the like. I live in a popular area near all amenaties but would now like to move. Most of the houses near me are vacant and old and getting delapadated they are old including my home are 100 years old.
The value have dropped considerabely and most likely will drop more. I also see property all over have dropped.
I would like openions on if it would be wise to sell now. I am still young enough but where ever I go now would be my last move meaning I would grow old there so age would have to be considered.
Any ideas of nice areas in Galway or towns nearby. Wouls like to live near older people or around my age. be able to get out to have a social life cinema,plays etc. near shops etc.
