Mortgages - minimum amount ?

Hi, am thinking about buying property overseas and am looking at places in Turkey for about 70K euro. The problem is I have no mortgage in Ireland and was wondering would mortgage lenders in Ireland give me that smallish amount.

If you own a property here with no mortgage and have sufficient income you could borrow the €70,000 here. If you don't own a property in Ireland you can't raise a mortgage in Ireland - it would have to be borrowed in Turkey.
