Mortgaged Approved

I am mortgaged approved and my solicitor is drawing down my loan next week but I need to get some urgent dental work done. Taking a loan of 2k out from AIB (just posting agreement back today). I have my apartment on the market and I have an offer on it - just wondering will this loan from AIB affect my mortgage loan, i.e. will they do another credit check when releasing the cheque next week.

It's at the banks discretion whether or not to do a final credit check prior to the drawdown. Speak to your lender/broker and explain the situation if you think it will affect you.

If the 2k loan is all you have, its hard to see the bank pulling the plug IMO.
