Currently on the AIB SVR 2.95%. mortgage balance outstanding 210k . House value approx 330k. If I was to move provider at a lower rate can I release equity at the same time and if so is the limit typically 80%. Plan would be to remortgage / switch and raise 50k for an extension. Thanks
