Hi
I currently have an EBS tracker mortgage on my house which is 10,000 Euro in negative equity.
I'm looking for some advice please. Does anyone have any experience in getting a redemption on the mortgage and getting the negative equity written off or redeeming the mortgage early and getting some of the mortgage owed written off because it is a tracker mortgage and you're settling early(no negative equity)?
Any advice would be appreciated thank you.
