Mortgage Offer....any good?

Hey there,

Following advices recevied here (Cheers) I shopped around with mortgage providers. Today, I've been offered a mortgage of 180K (103% of contract price) over 35 years, 3 years fixed at 4.69%. It's 3 year fixed as I've have a small outstanding loan with another institution. After the 3 years, there is a choice of rates and payments terms to be chosen from.

Any views on the rate?

For fixed it seems OK. However on a tracker you could do a lot better; even as low as 3.75%

Dstanley, on a 103% contact price, can you tell me what lender will offer a 3.75% tracker please, pretty please.
