So anyone care to surmise on the mortgage interest landscape for 2015 ?
AIB & KBC appear to be offering best rates for new mortgages - but is the trend for variable rates likely to be downwards, given AIB's lower rate for fixed term as against their variable rate ? Mortgages here still too expensive compared to European banks but are we likely to see further reduction in rates in the Irish domestic mortgage scene ?
