I have been offered a split mortgage which will not come into place for three months.
I have to go on a "less than interest only" amount for the three months, the monthly payment will be the same as the new monthly split mortgage amount.
Am I still entitled to mortgage interest supplement for these three months (obviously a lesser amount)? I know that if I'm not entitled to it for less than interest only and my claim is closed I won't get it back for the split mortgage.
