Has anyone approached a Venture Capitalist Fund (e.g. Mars, Lonestar, etc.) requesting a discount on paying off a mortgage? Were you successful or not? Any advice on the correct procedure/protocol? Any other lenders interested in taking over the debt? Thank you.
