Mortgage Deposit for appartment at 10%?

Hello

I would qualify as a First Time Buy and therefor the required deposit would be 10%.

I had a chat with permanent TSB and they have as a policy that the deposit for an appartement has to be 25% as this is a policy of them (10% for a house).

Can anyone perhaps advise which banks are fine with 10% deposit?

I am far from an expert, but I would talk to other lenders - especially EBS

And from what reading I've done, lenders might be more wont to make exceptions and special cases earlier in the year.
